Prices given next to the products are bounding at the moment of making the order. All the given prices are gross prices, tax is included. We reserve the right to change the prices, making special offers and finishing them in any moment.

We add delivery cost to payment for merchandise. Shipping cost outside Poland depends of weight of the item and destination country. Please add item to Your shopping card and then You can check shipping cost to Your country.

Realization of the project begins after getting the payment ? orders on foreign addresses (outside Poland) are realized only paid in front.

Person who orders merchandise may cancel the order or stop its realization before it is sent.

In case of no possibility of realizing the order (no merchandise or other) ISS Company will inform client immediately about it. Eventual pre-payment will be refund.

Complains are accepted in written form (e-mail, letter or fax). In case of positive investigation of complaint ISS Company will exchange defected merchandise to brand new or will return the payment including delivery costs.
