Parcels are send five days a week, from Monday to Friday, by registered priority parcels. Parcels with orders made and confirmed up to 12 o'clock (Polish time) we send usually on the same day. Orders made and confirmed after 12 o'clock are realized on the next working day.

The shipment of ordered merchandise is confirmed by an e-mail. If during declared time of shipment the ordered parcel has not reached the address given on the order, please contact us.

In accordance with the Polish law, we assure a chance of return or exchanges of merchandise within 10 days from the date of receive. The term is written informing us about the will of return or exchange and sending back merchandise intact to our address. In case of exchange we need information of which product we should make an exchange. Merchandise for which an exchange is about to be made needs to be available in our ISS offer at that time. Availability of the product we confirm after getting information about the will to exchange.

The return of the payment is made immediately after getting the parcel. If the return of merchandise is by the request of the client (e.g. it was ordered inappropriate size of the clothes), delivery costs are not refunded. If the return is made because of the ISS fault (wrong color of merchandise is sent etc.) after getting a delivery, costs of delivery of merchandise in both ways are sent back.

Exchanging of merchandise happens immediately after receiving the package. If the exchange takes place on special request of the client (e.g. inappropriate size of clothes has been ordered) delivery costs are covered by the person who orders merchandise. If the exchange takes place because our fault (we send wrong merchandise etc.) the parcel is send on the cost of ISS.

IMPORTANT: we do not accept any packages send on our cost. We reserve also that sending a parcel by normal delivery service is not safe, we suggest using registered parcels (or packages).

We know that returns and exchanges are not pleasant situation for the client. However, it is normal thing in case of mail-order sale. We treat it as a traditional order.

Despite our efforts to photograph and describe our merchandise as precisely as possible, we understand perfectly the risk connected with buying things from the distance (there is no chance to try on or touch the material of merchandise). Because of that returns and exchanges are made by us fast and efficiently, just like any other orders.

Sometimes the situation is off our hands ? we do not have the influence on work of delivery companies ? because of that we may only ask for patience.
