The shipment of ordered merchandise is confirmed by e-mail.
In accordance with the Polish law, we assure a possibility of return or exchanges of merchandise within 10 days from the date of receive. The term is written informing us about the will of return or exchange and sending back merchandise intact to our address. In case of exchange we need information of which product we should make an exchange. Merchandise for which an exchange is about to be made needs to be available in our ISS offer at that time. Availability of the product we confirm after getting information about the will to exchange.
The return of the payment is made immediately after getting the parcel. If the return of merchandise is by the request of the client (e.g. it was ordered inappropriate size of the clothes), delivery costs are not refunded. If the return is made because of the ISS fault (wrong color of merchandise is sent etc.) after getting a delivery, costs of delivery of merchandise are sent back.
Exchanging of merchandise happens immediately after receiving the package. If the exchange takes place on special request of the client (e.g. inappropriate size of clothes has been ordered) delivery costs are covered by the person who orders merchandise. If the exchange takes place because our fault (we send wrong merchandise etc.) the parcel is send on the cost of ISS.
IMPORTANT: we do not accept any packages send on our cost. Please not that using unregistered delivery service is not safe. We suggest using registered parcels only.
